Counselling Services
Sessions are in Alexandria and will run for 50-90 minutes long. If you have a MHCP from your GP you are entitled to a rebate for the first 10 sessions in a calendar year which reduces your out of pocket fee.

Funding supports
Funding for sessions may be possible through;
Better Access Mental Health Care Plan may enable you to receive a $86 rebate (for up to 10 sessions per calender year) https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/better-access-initiative-supporting-mental-health-care
If you are a current/ex serving member of the ADF, or a family member, you are able to access fully-funded sessions through Open Arms referral service. Please contact me to discuss.
